PK Rummy Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you") and pk rummy, the operator of pkrummy.bet ("the Platform," "we," "us"). By completing the registration process and creating an account on pk rummy, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms apply to all services provided by pk rummy, including but not limited to: all casino games (live and RNG), sports gaming features, bonuses and promotions, deposit and withdrawal services, customer support interactions, and any other platform functionality. Your continued use of pk rummy following any update to these Terms constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current version.

PK Rummy reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on pk rummy. This is a strict requirement and is non-negotiable under any circumstances.

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a third party, corporation, or automated system.
• You are registering from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from pk rummy or had an account closed by the platform for breach of terms.

PK Rummy may request identity documentation at any time to verify age eligibility. Failure to provide valid documentation when requested will result in suspension of account access and, where applicable, withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account on pk rummy. Multiple accounts held by the same person, household, or IP address are treated as duplicate accounts. PK Rummy reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and permanently retain any associated balances as a penalty for the breach.

During registration you must provide:

• Your full legal name (matching your CNIC or passport).
• A valid email address that you actively access.
• A valid Pakistani mobile number.
• A password that meets the platform's minimum security requirements.

All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information — including name, date of birth, or contact details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.

Account details, particularly your password, must be kept confidential. You must not share account access with any third party. PK Rummy is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to your failure to protect your login credentials.

4. Deposits & Funds

All deposits to your pk rummy account must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from another person's Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank account, or card — are strictly prohibited.

PK Rummy accepts the following payment methods for deposits:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet or over-the-counter)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet or bank transfer)
• NayaPay
• SadaPay
• IBFT bank transfer (any Pakistani commercial bank)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit is Rs 200. PK Rummy does not charge transaction fees on deposits from our end; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees — please check with your bank or mobile wallet operator. Deposited funds are held in your pk rummy balance and are available for gameplay immediately upon confirmation.

PK Rummy will not accept deposits that are suspected to originate from unlawful activity. Any deposit suspected of being linked to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity will be reported to relevant authorities and the account frozen pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals & KYC Verification

Withdrawals from your pk rummy account are processed to the payment method used for your most recent deposit. You may not withdraw to a method different from your deposit method without prior verification by the support team.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, pk rummy requires you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This involves submitting:

• A clear photograph or scan of your CNIC (both sides) or passport.
• A selfie holding your CNIC next to your face.
• Proof of your payment method ownership (screenshot of your Easypaisa/JazzCash app showing your registered name and number, or a bank statement).

KYC documents are reviewed within one working day in normal conditions. Once verified, withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically process within 15 minutes. IBFT bank transfers typically take 1–3 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

PK Rummy reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if a transaction is flagged for security review. Players will be notified if this occurs, and the support team will aim to resolve all such cases within 48 hours.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

PK Rummy offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms that are communicated at the time of the promotion. General bonus rules across all pk rummy promotions are as follows:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Wagering on real-money funds is not counted toward bonus rollover completion unless otherwise specified.
• A player may only claim a welcome bonus once per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonuses are void if pk rummy identifies that a player is exploiting bonus structures — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or deliberately placing low-risk bets purely to satisfy rollover requirements without genuine gameplay engagement.
• PK Rummy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Maximum bet from bonus funds is Rs 500 per round unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active will be deemed ineligible for bonus winnings.

7. Gameplay & Fair Play

All games on pk rummy — whether RNG (random number generated) or live dealer — must be played in a genuine, fair, and honest manner. The following are required of all players:

• You may only play using your own registered account. Playing on someone else's account, or allowing someone else to play on yours, is prohibited.
• You may not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or third-party software to assist in gameplay, decision-making, or betting pattern execution.
• You may not engage in collusion with other players — including intentional chip-dumping, coordinated betting, or sharing of game information in real-time to gain an unfair advantage.
• Technical errors or malfunctions in games must be reported to pk rummy support immediately. Continuing to play and accumulate winnings from a known game malfunction is considered exploitation and will result in those winnings being voided.

PK Rummy's RNG games are independently audited. Live dealer games use physical cards, physical equipment, and professional dealers. Both formats are designed to be fair and produce genuinely random outcomes. Any player who believes a game has produced an unfair result may contact support with the relevant round or hand ID for review.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk rummy and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Fraudulent deposits, chargebacks, or misuse of payment systems.
• Money laundering or using pk rummy to process funds of illegal origin.
• Attempting to hack, probe, or compromise any aspect of the pk rummy platform or infrastructure.
• Harassment, abuse, or threats directed at other players, live dealers, or pk rummy staff members through any platform communication channel.
• Registering under a false identity, including using another person's CNIC details.
• Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographical or account-level restrictions.
• Reverse-engineering, copying, or redistributing any part of the pk rummy platform, its games, or its intellectual property.

PK Rummy cooperates with Pakistani financial institutions and law enforcement authorities when required. Financial fraud, money laundering, and identity theft are criminal offences under Pakistani law. Any such activity detected on the platform will be reported without hesitation.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

PK Rummy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested within the specified timeframe.
• Confirmed or suspected underage gambling.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering or financial crime.

In cases of suspected fraud, pk rummy may withhold any balance in a suspended account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms fraudulent activity, those funds may be permanently forfeited. If the investigation clears the account, the balance will be made available for withdrawal.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting pk rummy support. Voluntarily closed accounts retain their balance, which will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method.

10. Responsible Gaming

PK Rummy is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools, all accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on your deposit amounts.
• Session time limits — receive alerts after a specified period of uninterrupted play.
• Take a break — temporarily restrict your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-exclusion — permanently restrict your access to pk rummy. This measure is final and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

If you have self-excluded from pk rummy, you must not attempt to register a new account. Doing so constitutes a deliberate breach of responsible gaming measures and these Terms, and any new account opened by a self-excluded player will be closed immediately with balances held for the duration of the exclusion period.

Where pk rummy is found to have caused a loss through a verifiable platform error or malfunction, our liability is limited to the value of the affected bet or transaction — not to any consequential or indirect loss claimed by the player.

13. Amendments to These Terms

PK Rummy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, players will be notified via email or a platform-level notification before the changes take effect. For minor clarifications or non-material edits, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of pk rummy after an amendment has been communicated constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you should stop using the platform and close your account by contacting support.
